Mobile Screenshot Crime

Why-O-Why am I not able to take a screenshot on Phones? I had the same issue on Windows phone and now I feel the same with Google Nexus. Why can't we have a simple option next to flash light for screenshot or some other combination that will not open up the volume option or the power off or restart option.

There must me a better way to take a screenshot. No, not through some third party app but rather a build in option. Who would have thought that with all the camera and video features build into the phones, we would actually be struggling with taking a screenshot?
I don't know if it's just me but I can't seem to have my thumb or fingers in sync to the mini-mils second. I end-up almost always on volume popup, or if I try my luck to the other dark side; the power off popup; it should be a crime to not be able to take a darn screenshot, or allow some of us to choose different key combination to take a screenshot.

Update:
It seems the culprit is the phone case; so much f…

Microsoft Band and Windows Phone 8 Support

Will Microsoft Band be supported on Windows Phone 8? Without the 8.1 update?
I have been searching for answers since the Band was announced, but so far can't find any notes regarding my old phone.
I even have Windows Phone 7 but it seems that will be a no no from Microsoft.
If you have something to share please post it below.

Series: Part 1 - Put your domains to work for you

Have you registered domains and don’t know what to do with them? Or did you registered the domains with hyphens or numbers rather than word so that others may not steal your brand? Well now you have a solution to use those domains and put your domains to work for you.In this series I will be posting many solutions for you so that you can pick and choose the solution that works for you.The first and simplest solution is to have a landing page with basic text. Second, to put the landing page to work for you, you need to add a some links, and these could be called referral links or affiliates text links or banner links. As for as the rules and best practices of posting referral links or affiliates links, I will have to post an entire blog on the topic. For now, set up your domain to have a landing page, a page which is not the default from your domain registrar. Yes this may involve you to setup a webhosting account, but don’t worry now a days, companies like GoDaddy and other registrar’…

Google Mail Hangout Message Upon Delete Action

Don't know if I get annoyed this much as the Google's Mail Hangout Message, when I select to delete number or messages.

"Because some are part of a Hangout, they have been removed from your Mail mailbox, but will still show up in other Hangouts apps and chat windows."

The message takes over the entire tool bar, and does not allow me to repeat the actions, it does not goes away until way late and would have appreciated but not allowed is a option to close. If I want to delete more items on the same page than i have to refresh the window to repeat the task.

Wish the future update can allow me to close this message.

Seriously? Internet Explorer Low-Mic Utility Tool

Talk about not so bright people being responsible for naming conventions and acronyms. The IE team allegedly says that “Mic” stands for “Medium Integrity Cookie”… hmmm I might give some hoot to a MSDN blog but is it really??? The process runs non stop, and if I try stopping it, the process makes Windows 8 non stable.hmmm What Gives?

I followed these steps to resolve my Windows Phone 7 sync issue with Zune software on my Windows 8 Laptop. Most of the steps are same from this page: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2468307 but my issue wasn’t resolved following all rules and restarting phone with battery removal as well as restart of computer. Please note: Deleting a certificate can create issues with owner ship of files or data, and just because this solution has worked for me, it may not work for you. Use at your own risk.Close the Zune software and disconnect your phone from your computer. Open Certificate Manager. To do this, click Start, type certmgr.msc in the Start search bar, and then press your Enter key.
Windows 8 users:
On the Start screen, type Certificate, tap or click Settings in the right column, and then tap or click Manage computer certificates. In the pop-up window, tap or click the Personal folder in the left column, and then double tap or double click the Certificates folder in the right column. …
