Update 2: It seems if you have an external sync hard drive or storage, setup to keep two computers in sync with each other, the tracking.db3 file will get corrupted. Even if the sync feature is only used on a single computer as a backup method and not connected to second computer. Questions that needs answers in writing that I already know

How do you put your experience in word's?  I know the same answers to the questions, that have helped people turn content into great blogs and website, and hear I am always struggling. "Questions that needs answers in writing that I already know" I wish many times that this should be easy, but it's always a bit further from my reach. Words or sentences that allude me. I wish to start a content website that is both a guide/help, and a source of passive income for me. With all that is going on, it will be a safety cushion to have a passive income.
